Scope of Services

QANTIS Engineering Group provides engineering consultancy and finite element analysis (FEA) services for design evaluation and technical assessment purposes.

All services are delivered based on information, geometry, loading conditions, and assumptions provided by the client.

Engineering Judgement and Limitations

Finite element analysis is an engineering assessment tool and is dependent upon modelling assumptions, material definitions, boundary conditions, and supplied data.

Results and reports provided by QANTIS Engineering Group are intended to support engineering decision-making and are not to be interpreted as formal certification, regulatory approval, or guarantee of product performance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Final responsibility for design approval, manufacturing suitability, regulatory compliance, and product performance remains with the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate geometry and technical information
Reviewing all deliverables for suitability
Verifying that designs comply with applicable standards and regulations

Revisions and Scope Changes

Quoted work is based on the agreed project scope. Significant design changes, additional simulations, or revised requirements may require additional fees and revised delivery timelines.

Delivery Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on project complexity, revision requests, or information provided by the client.

Intellectual Property

All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

Engineering reports produced by QANTIS Engineering Group are provided for the client’s internal engineering use unless otherwise agreed.

Report formats, methodologies, and branding remain the intellectual property of QANTIS Engineering Group.

Confidentiality

Client information and engineering data are treated as confidential and will not be intentionally disclosed to third parties without permission unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QANTIS Engineering Group shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or commercial losses arising from the use of analysis results, reports, or engineering recommendations.

Acceptance

Use of the website or engagement of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
